The Sync Failures screen for a CRM integration now shows who the rejected record was. Each row lists the contact’s name, email address and phone number when those details were captured with the failure. If they were not captured, the screen explains how to look up the source record.
Failures can now be retried instead of only dismissed. Use Retry on a single row, or Retry All to re-run every failed record for the integration. Each retry fetches the record again and runs it through the normal sync, and the row is marked resolved as soon as it succeeds. Failures that later sync cleanly on their own are resolved automatically.
Interrupted retries no longer block Retry All for hours. The screen explains when a retry could not be queued and pauses automatic monitoring after five minutes, keeping unresolved records available for another attempt.
We also stopped reporting a “duplicate mapping” failure when Follow Up Boss hands us the same contact under a second id. That is one contact, not two, so it is simply kept in sync with the existing record.
