What’s New
Sure Send now knows what business your team is in. New teams pick an industry when they sign
up, and team owners can change it any time from Team Settings → Industry.
Why it matters
Sure Send has always been built around real estate. As we add tools for other parts of the
transaction, we need to know which ones belong on your screen — and which ones would just be
clutter. Your industry is how we tell.
Key details
- Pick more than one. A brokerage that also runs a mortgage arm can be both Real Estate and
Lender, and gets the full set of tools for each. One is marked primary, but that only affects
labelling — every industry you pick counts. - Nothing changed for existing teams. Every team already on Sure Send reads as Real Estate,
and every screen works exactly as it did before. - Owner-only. Because industry decides which tools appear, only the team owner can change
it. Admins can see it. - Nothing is ever lost. Changing your industry hides tools you no longer need — it never
deletes a record. Change it back and everything is exactly where you left it.
How to Use
Head to Team Settings → Industry and pick everything that applies. New signups will see the
question next to the company size step.
